The Day of Russian Science was solemnly and brightly celebrated at the Faculty of Accounting and Finance

The Day of Russian Science is a holiday of academicians, scientists, professors and students who have decided to devote their lives to scientific and research activities. To make this day memorable for the students of the Agrarian University, the Faculty of Accounting and Finance, together with business partners, prepared a series of events, which were rightfully launched by the intellectual game “WHAT? WHERE? WHEN? in the world of finance".

The game is held as part of the implementation of a set of educational activities of the regional program "Increasing the level of financial literacy of the population of Stavropol Territory and the development of financial education in Stavropol Territory for 2019 - 2023" by the Department of Financial Management and Banking and the Stavropol regional branch of JSC Rosselkhozbank.

Before the game, students were addressed by the Deputy Dean of the Faculty of Accounting and Finance, Candidate of Economic Sciences, Associate Professor Alexander Vitalievich Frolov, Head of the Department of Financial Management and Banking, Doctor of Economic Sciences, Professor Yulia Mikhailovna Sklyarova, head of the department for the development of the partner sales channel of the Stavropol regional branch of JSC Rosselkhozbank Podanov Sergey Alexandrovich, deputy head of the department for the development of the corporate channel of sales of the Stavropol regional branch of JSC Rosselkhozbank Melnik Ksenia Stanislavovna.

The game included 3 rounds. Participants united in 9 teams to complete tasks and find answers to questions on the following topics: insurance, loans, rules for the use of plastic cards, taxation, consumer protection and many others. To become a winner, you had to correctly answer as many questions as possible using your financial knowledge, logic, ingenuity, and strategic thinking.

According to the results of all competitions, the winner was the team of the 2nd year of study of the specialty "Economic Security".

The winner and prize-winners of the Game will be awarded memorable gifts.
