The project "Farmer's School" was initiated and launched by Rosselkhozbank JSC with the support of the Ministry of Agriculture of the Russian Federation. In Stavropol Krai it is implemented by the regional branch of RSHB, the regional Ministry of Agriculture and the Stavropol State Agrarian University.
The official opening of the project was held in the format of a teleconference that brought together the Ministry of Agriculture of the Russian Federation, JSC "Rosselkhozbank", the regional government and the Ministry of Agriculture, higher education institutions in 15 regions of Russia. Welcoming speech to all participants of the project addressed:
- Boris Pavlovich Listov, Chairman of Rosselkhozbank's Management Board
- Oksana Nikolaevna Lut, Deputy Minister of Agriculture of the Russian Federation.
Then the floor was given to the regions. Stavropol Territory took part in the project for the second time, and in the first round showed good results. The governor of Stavropol Krai, Vladimir Vladimirovich Vladimirov, was the first head of Russian regions to start the second session of the Farmer's School.
After the end of the teleconference at Stavropol State Agrarian University the opening ceremony of the regional stream of the Farmer School project was held.
The participants and guests were welcomed:
- Nikolai Timofeyevich Velikdan, First Deputy Chairman of the Government of the Stavropol Territory
- Vladimir Nikolaevich Sitnikov, Minister of Agriculture of Stavropol Krai
- Ivan Vyacheslavovich Atanov, Rector of the Stavropol State Agrarian University, Professor.
The format of the second stream is full-time and is divided into theoretical classes and practical training on the job.
The second stream of training will take place in the areas:
- "Horticulture - branch of crop production",
- "Greenhouse Farming - Closed Ground Crop Husbandry",
- "Sheep breeding - branch of cattle breeding".
The representatives of the companies-integrators told the audience the parting words.

- Dmitry Muger, deputy general director of LLC Stavropol Vegetables
- Aidyn Shirinovich Shirinov, Chairman of the Board of Directors of LLC "Gardens of Stavropolya".
The theoretical part of the program the students will master on the basis of the Stavropol State Agricultural University with the help of the facilities of the Center for Advanced Professional Training (CEPP). The development and implementation of the additional training program was carried out by highly qualified specialists of the Center for Advanced Professional Training according to the latest educational and innovative standards.
The invited guest was the graduate of the first stream of the project "Farmer`s School", who not only successfully finished the first stream of the project, but also, having defended his own business plan, became the owner of the grant from the company-partner Amiran Khabitovich Zanilov.
On the first day the Order about the beginning of Farmer School was read out, the students sat down at their desks and started training. It will finish at the end of May.
