Professional development courses for PhosAgro-Region's leading specialists

On the basis of the Stavropol State Agrarian University, the head of the Department of Agrochemistry and Plant Physiology, together with representatives of Agro-soft LLC, conducted advanced training courses for leading specialists of the PhosAgro-Region company.

The training was attended by the Director of the Stavropol branch of PhosAgro-Region LLC, General Director of PhosAgro-Stavropol LLC - Andrei Alexandrovich Tikhonov, Head of the agricultural support department of PhosAgro-Region LLC - Dmitry Vladimirovich Dubinin, leading agricultural support specialist at PhosAgro-Stavropol LLC - Ivan Viktorovich Kargalyov, leading specialist in agricultural support of LLC PhosAgro-Don - Evgeny Yurievich Radkevich and leading specialist in agricultural support of LLC PhosAgro-Kuban - Yuri Andreevich Burnyashov.

The Dean of the Faculties of Agrobiology and Land Resources and Ecology and Landscape Architecture of the Stavropol State Agrarian University, Professor of the Russian Academy of Sciences, Professor of the Department of Agrochemistry and Plant Physiology Alexander Nikolaevich Esaulko addressed the audience with a welcoming speech. The professor expressed his sincere gratitude for the long-term fruitful cooperation with the PhosAgro company and wished the listeners productive work.

Within the framework of the seminar, the first lecture was made by the General Director of Agro-Soft LLC Aleksey Aleksandrovich Tenekov, who told about the main services provided by the company to agricultural enterprises. In the process of training, the head. The Department of Agrochemistry and Plant Physiology, Evgeny Valerievich Golosnoy, provided information to the leading specialists about the cosmomonitoring system, which integrates the base on the area of ​​the enterprise, monitoring the development of all stages of plant growth with precise recommendations for the fields, and voiced its main advantages and points requiring adjustment.

It is known that Agro-Soft is the exclusive dealer in Russia of the German firm FarmFacts (formerly Land-Data Eurosoft), a leader in the field of software for agriculture.

A special discussion was caused by the topic of zonal agrochemical survey, which is based on the creation of an electronic map of the enterprise and the selection of samples with a coordinate reference with the subsequent issuance of recommendations to agricultural producers. The present representatives and directors of the regional branches of Agro-soft LLC were very interested in the methods voiced by Aleksey Alexandrovich, which are subsequently planned to be applied in the activities of PhosAgro.

In the second part of the advanced training courses for PhosAgro-Region specialists, there was a master class on working in the author's program from FarmFacts Agrar-Office. Pavel Aleksandrovich Tenekov showed how this program allows interpreting the data obtained in the course of agrochemical surveys with the subsequent calculation of task maps for the differentiated introduction of nutrients with integration into the terminals of agricultural machinery.

At the end of the educational day, the specialists of PhosAgro-Region were shown the process of spot sampling of soil samples georeferenced by the Wintex sampler.
