Representatives of Russia's largest agricultural holding Energomera Concern AO met at the Faculty of Veterinary Medicine and the Faculty of Biotechnology. The guests visited the leading centers and research laboratories, and met with students of the faculty.
During the talks, projects were considered to create common educational programs that would allow students to undergo practical training in the company. In the future, there are plans to create joint subdivisions - laboratories and basic departments for training specialists.
As a result of the visit, the parties were able to reach a consensus, and in the summer of 2021, Energomera will accept students for internships at Khleborob, OOO, Petrovsky district, Stavropol Territory.
From the Concern's side were present: Lapin Gleb Konstantinovich, Human Resources Director of Agroholding Energomera, Nikolenko Margarita Vasilyevna, manager of Khleborob OOO, Petrovsky district, Stavropol Territory, Allakhverdiyeva Daria Alekseevna, chief human resources manager of AO "Energomera", leading personnel manager of the Agroholding.
The students of the 2nd-5th years were invited to the meeting. Students were given an opportunity to get acquainted with the activities of the company in detail, personally communicate with its representatives, learn about the conditions of practice and internship of students, about the possibility of employment of young professionals at the Concern's enterprises, as well as ask all the questions to the representatives of the organization.
