Stavropol State Agrarian University has been a partner of the Huawei ICT Academy since 2020 and is engaged in training specialists in the "Routing & Switching" program. The Faculty of Economics hosted a videoconference meeting to summarize the results of the Huawei Academy's ICT program. Within the framework of the VKS meeting, the winners and prize-winners of the final of the global ICT Competition 2019-2020 were awarded and congratulations were given to teachers on the motivation program 2020.
The event was attended by employees of the Faculty of Economics, Department of Information Systems: Head of the Department Sergey G. Shmatko and Associate Professor Dmitry V. Shlaev, who are engaged in the training of ICT specialists of the Huawei Academy. During the period of the academy's work, 30 students of the training direction 09.03.02 Information Systems and Technologies were trained under the "Routing & Switching" program.
In the working environment, tasks were set and plans for the development of ICT Academies for 2021 were outlined.
At the working meeting, they presented the update of the Talent Online platform, the procedure for conducting HCIA certification, and the extension of online agreements on the authorization of the Huawei ICT Academy. The material was presented on the update of Huawei certification courses, motivation programs for teachers of Huawei 2021 ICT Academies, as well as employment opportunities for students in Huawei and in the company of partners and customers.
