Training of personal emotional intelligence development with students

At the "Boiling Point" of the Stavropol State Agrarian University, the Department of Pedagogy, Psychology and Sociology conducted a socio-psychological training for the development of emotional intelligence of a person with students of the Faculty of Social and Cultural Service and Tourism. The purpose of the training: the formation of a trusting and authentic attitude to the world based on the development of the ability to understand their own emotions and the emotions of other people, the formation of skills to control their own emotions and the development of emotional interaction with others.

During the training, students exchanged views and established positive interpersonal communication. Outlined methods for the implementation of further personal growth and the development of skills to control their own emotions and emotional interaction with others, as well as ways of further cooperation in this field.
