Competitive tests within the framework of the project "Pedagogical Debut-2021"

A methodological event aimed at summarizing the work experience of the teacher Irina Alekseevna Nevidomskaya took place. It was organized by teachers of the Faculty of Secondary Vocational Education as part of the preparatory work for the competition "Pedagogical Debut-2021". Generalization of pedagogical experience - conclusions or thoughts of a general nature that arise as a result of the analysis and comparison of individual facts, phenomena. Generalization presupposes a logical transition from the singular to the general, from the less general to the more general judgment, knowledge, and evaluation.

Irina Alekseevna Nevidomskaya, a teacher of the first qualification category of the Faculty of Secondary Professional Education, shared her teaching experience with colleagues. She said that the educational process is focused on the development of the student's creative capabilities and the formation of students' ability to self-education. The most important priority of special education is the formation of universal educational actions, the level of development of which largely determines the success of all subsequent education. The teacher also said that in the educational process she uses methods and technologies that are adequate to the age characteristics of students.

Irina Alekseevna pointed out that the development of students' personal qualities and abilities is based on their acquisition of experience in a variety of activities: educational, cognitive, practical, social. Therefore, she assigns a special place in her work to the competence-based approach, the practical content of education, and specific methods of activity. In this regard, in her opinion, the developmental function of teaching is becoming a priority, which should ensure the formation of the student's personality and the disclosure of his individual abilities.

At the end of her speech, Irina Alekseevna said that in December 2020 she received the first qualification category of a teacher. She spoke about the peculiarities of preparation for certification of teaching staff.
