Economic conference of workers of the agro-industrial complex of the Novoselitsky municipal district

An economic conference of workers of the agro-industrial complex was held in the administration of the Novoselitsky municipal district. The heads of agricultural enterprises, specialists of agricultural enterprises of the district, heads of peasant farms, the best workers of the agricultural industry and heads of services, as well as the Dean of the Faculties of Agrobiology and Land Resources and Ecology And Landscape Architecture, Professor of the Russian Academy of Sciences Alexander Nikolaevich Esaulko took part in its work.

First Deputy Minister of Agriculture of the Stavropol Territory, Sergei Aleksandrovich Izmalkov, in his welcoming speech, emphasized that thanks to the holistic state agrarian policy and the support of the Governor, the difficult agricultural year 2020 was managed without catastrophic losses.

Ivan Aleksandrovich Vostrikov, deputy head of administration, head of the department of agriculture and environmental protection of the administration of Novoselitsky municipal district of the Stavropol Territory, made a keynote speech "On the results of the work of the agro-industrial complex of the Novoselitsky municipal district for 2020 and the tasks for 2021".

Grigory Fedorovich Dontsov, general director of LLC "Luch" in his report "The economic efficiency of irrigation in the cultivation of crops" identified the mechanisms for the further economic development of the industry, spoke about the problems and prospects for their solution.

The chief accountant of the collective farm «Rodina» Irina Aleksandrovna Parshina and Oksana Aleksandrovna Yampolskaya, the manager of the additional office of the Joint Stock Company «Rosselkhozbank» in Blagodarny, spoke about the prospects for agricultural insurance of agricultural crops in the Novoselitskiy municipal district and about preferential lending to agricultural producers.

In the report "Attracting young specialists to work in the agro-industrial complex of the Novoselitsky municipal district of the Stavropol Territory and scientific developments of SSAU scientists" Alexander Nikolaevich Esaulko, the Dean of the Faculties of Agrobiology and Land Resources and Ecology and Landscape Architecture and the first deputy head of the administration of the Novoselitsky municipal district Tatyana Ivanovna Fedotova revealed the problems staff shortage of specialists in the agro-industrial complex and the problem of admission of graduates of educational institutions to higher educational institutions of the agricultural direction.

He expressed gratitude to the workers for their hard work, high production results, great personal contribution to the development of the agro-industrial complex, awarded them with certificates of honor of the head of the Novoselitsky municipal district and presented medals "For conscientious work" to the most distinguished workers. And the deputy head of the administration of the Novoselitsky municipal district Ivan Aleksandrovich Vostrikov presented the honorary diplomas of the Ministry of Agriculture of the Stavropol Territory to the workers of the industry for their merits in the development of the agro-industrial complex in the region and many years of conscientious work.
