Project session with an industrial partner

As part of the week of faculties at the NTI site"Boiling Point", the Department of Management and Management Technologies held a project session with an industrial partner. The class is aimed at the formation of project thinking of students to improve the quality of training for bachelors, develop their creative abilities, as well as identify gifted students and form highly qualified specialists.

The main organizers of the event were:

· Candidate of Law Sciences, Associate Professor Svetlana Vladimirovna Levushkina;

· Candidate of Economic Sciences, Associate Professor Olga Sergeevna Zvyagintseva;

· Candidate of Economic Sciences, Associate Professor Inna Anatolyevna Semko.

The purpose of the project session was to develop a project concept to solve the company's problem. The expert was Anna Viktorovna Budko, Service Manager of the Stavropolsky Operational Office of PJSC Bank “FT Otkritie”, who suggested that students solve a real problem in the organization related to staff motivation.

The work of student teams took place in several stages: clarification of the problem formulation, SWOT-analysis, descriptions of stakeholders, problem solving, presentation of the developed concept of problem solving.
