The XVI International Tourism Exhibition "Intourmarket" took place in the Moscow "Expocentre". As part of the visiting lesson of the Faculty of Social and Cultural Service and Tourism, 12 people attended the exhibition and took an active part in its events. MITT is the largest tourism exhibition in Russia in the category "Tourism and Recreation" in all nominations of the All-Russian rating of exhibitions 2018-19.
The initiator and mentor of the trip was Valentina Sergeevna Varivoda, deputy. Dean for teaching and educational work, Candidate of Economic Sciences, Associate Professor of the Department of Tourism and Service.
Intourmarket is a leading tourism exhibition officially supported by the Government of the Russian Federation and the Federal Agency for Tourism. It is an international business platform for countries, regions and travel companies from all over the world that present their products and services on the Russian market. It is designed to help establish business contacts between Russian and foreign participants.
All regions of the Russian Federation were represented at the event, it is a rich business program. The subject of the exhibition included more than a dozen different sections that covered all areas of the tourism industry.
Our students and all exhibitors were able to meet with representatives of world travel associations, industry regulators, find clients and partners, as well as learn about industry trends at unique events of the business program.
