The task of the leadership of the biotechnology faculty is to bring students' training closer to the practical tasks of the real professional sphere, so that after receiving a diploma, students have not only theoretical knowledge, but also practical competencies. These tasks are successfully solved through internships and technological practice at leading enterprises in Russia.
As part of the educational process, students of the biotechnology faculty of Stavropol State Agrarian University have practical training on the basis of the strategic partner of the university, EcoNiva-Holding-Voronezh.
Students learn the best experience in milk processing in a production environment. Future technologists Dmitry Grushko, Yulia Cheprakova and Nikita Buryan are having training at the dairy plant Econiva Milk Voronezh, located in the Voronezh region.
At the end of 2018, the Anninsky dairy plant of the EcoNiva holding was certified for exporting products to China and plans to supply to Southeast Asia and the Arab countries.
Students perform the duties of an assistant technologist in different workshops. Trainees carry out the following technological operations:
Preparation of show-boxes for packaging products,
Control of packaging on the dairy production line,
Analysis of raw milk and finished products for compliance with the established technical conditions and quality parameters.
After completing the internship, our students plan to undergo technological practice at this enterprise to complete their final qualifying work.
