For students of the Accounting and Finance Faculty, a lesson was held with a representative of LLC ANT-Consult “The route is built: five steps on the way to a successful career”. The relevance of the master class was in the selection of more promising competencies for the development of career growth.
The event was moderated by Lyubov Vasilievna Agarkova, Professor of Accounting and Finance Faculty.
The master class was held by the Deputy Head of the Consulting Department of LLC ANT-Consult, Master of Business Administration - MBA Finance, member of the Expert Advisory Council under the Ministry of Finance of the Russian Federation, member of the Committee on Standardization and Accounting and Reporting Methodology of SRO Auditors Association “Sodruzhestvo” Elena Vladimirovna Anisimova.
Elena Vladimirovna spoke about all the intricacies of audit activity, which aroused keen interest of the audience. The speaker highlighted two possible options for the development of an auditor’s career. The first option is vertical: auditor, senior auditor, head of the audit. And the second option is a horizontal movement, which looks like a transition from Russian audit firms to international ones, or as a transition to non-audit firms for the position of an internal auditor.
Conducting practical classes with representatives of the business community is aimed at systematizing, generalizing, deepening and consolidating the theoretical knowledge gained by students in the study of professional disciplines.
