All-Russian festival-competition of patriotic songs "Soldier's envelope"

The final of the All-Russian festival-competition of patriotic songs "Soldier's envelope" is taking place in Stavropol.Over the course of four days, 26 soloists and vocal ensembles from 16 regions of the country, selected for the shortlist of more than 450 applicants, took part in master classes and creative workshops with famous cultural figures, in opening and closing ceremonies and many concerts. One of the festival sites was the Stavropol State Agrarian University.

Vocal studio "ARGO" of the Stavropol State Agrarian University is among the finalists of the All-Russian festival-competition of patriotic songs "Soldier's envelope". The team passed serious competitive tests and turned out to be among the best.

For several days, the participants of the festival took part in master classes and meetings with famous artists of Russia. At the Boiling Point of SSAU, creative youth and festival finalists met with Honored Artist of the Russian Federation Olga Kormukhina, Soviet and Russian rock musician, songwriter, producer Alexei Belov, Soviet and Russian theater and film actor Anatoly Zhuravlev.

People's Artist of the RSFSR Lev Valerianovich Leshchenko became a special guest of the university. The maestro talked with students of the Stavropol State Agrarian University and creative teams of the region, shared his experience and gladly answered the questions of young people.

Then the rector of the Stavropol State Agrarian University, Professor Ivan Vyacheslavovich Atanov took the guest of honor through the new assembly hall and invited him to perform on the university stage. Lev Valerianovich noted the equipment of the concert hall.

The Ministry of Culture of the Stavropol Territory and the Union of Youth of the Stavropol Territory established a soldier's song festival and held the first competition in February 1993. Since then, the "Soldier's Envelope" has not been interrupted for a year. In different years, the festival had both regional and all-Russian levels. Participants from all over the country came to Stavropol in 2010, 2018 and 2019. For the fourth time, the Stavropol region has met its guests this year. The All-Russian Patriotic Festival-Competition "Soldier's Envelope" is a central event for vocalists performing songs on military-patriotic and civil themes. It brings together the best performers between the ages of 14 and 35. The final of the competition in the city of Stavropol includes competition days, visits to museums, excursions, master classes by jury members, opening and closing ceremonies, as well as many concerts.
