Insurance battle for students of the Stavropol State Agrarian University

The Insurance Battle took place at the Stavropol State Agrarian University. The event was organized by the Faculty of Accounting and Finance, with the support of the branch of PJSC IC Rosgosstrakh in the Stavropol Territory. For two hours, the participants were asked to solve situational problems, insurance puzzles and crosswords, show erudition in answering photo and video questions, and also compete in a team blitz survey.

After the theoretical competition, the second round had a practical orientation and consisted of the performance of various tasks by the contestants, which made it possible to assess both the individual level of their training and teamwork in general, including the practical skills of future specialists. This stage was carried out with the participation of representatives of the insurance company PJSC IC Rosgosstrakh - the head of the department Marina Evgenievna Svidina and the leading business coach of the Rostov-on-Don training center in Stavropol, Adel Barievna Samakaeva.

In the final, the participants of the Insurance Battle defended the developed insurance products in front of a professional jury, which, along with the teachers of Stavropol State University, included a representative of the insurance business - head of the life insurance department of the branch of PJSC IC Rosgosstrakh in the Stavropol Territory Maria Alekseevna Tychinskaya. Besides, the participants of the Insurance Battle answered questions from the audience.

Students of the Stavropol State Agrarian University demonstrated not only a creative approach to business, but also professional competencies that they mastered during the period of study.

The first place in the Insurance Battle was won by a team of students "Underwriters", which included 4th year students - Victoria Antyufeeva, Irina Makarenko, Viktor Mikhonenko, Alexey Chernov and Inal Efendiev.

The second place was taken by a team of 4th year students of the Accounting and Finance Faculty of the "Economics" direction: Maria Kurilova, Zalina Magomedalieva, Arsen Mirumyan, Alexandra Tosunova, Evgenia Tyunyan.

The Bronze went to the Agrostrakh team, which took part in the insurance competition for the first time. The team included 3rd year students Anastasia Adankina, Alina Volodina, Kristina Vorobyova, Julia Pavlova, Alina Sataeva.

Members of the Agrostrakh team also received a special prize from Rosgosstrakh “Best Superhero Insurance”.

As the head of the life insurance department of the branch of PJSC IC Rosgosstrakh in the Stavropol Territory Tychinskaya Maria Alekseevna noted, each of the participants showed themselves professionally throughout all stages of the Insurance Battle.

The insurance battle took place for the second time. Its goal is to improve the quality of professional training of students in accordance with professional standards, to create conditions for identifying gifted and talented youth. It is designed to promote their further intellectual development, professional self-determination and adaptation of the theoretical knowledge gained to the specific conditions of the insurance market functioning.
