Stavropol State Agrarian University is trying to find employment for students and graduates even at the stage of training. As part of the work, partnership agreements were concluded with a number of leading Russian enterprises. At the Faculty of Economics, within the framework of cooperation with the strategic partner JSC Concern Energomera, a meetup was held on the topic “Practical training of students: modern challenges and imperatives of strategic partners”.
The meeting was opened by the Dean of the Faculty of Economics, Professor Olga Nikolaevna Kusakina. She noted the need for practical skills of future specialists for further successful work in the economic sphere.
Evgeny Vasilyevich Larsky, the chief manager for work with universities of JSC "Concern Energomera", worked with students from different educational boards. He presented material on the directions of the company's activities and spoke in detail about the departments of the concern and the specifics of their work.
As a result of the informal meeting, issues of the general topic of employment, relevant for graduates and the employer, were discussed. The interaction format is presented, which can be as follows:
1. Industrial practice of students at the enterprise.
2. Undergraduate practice of students at the enterprise.
3. Internship.
4. Internship + employment.
At the meeting, the available vacancies of the diversified industrial holding JSC Concern Energomera were presented, aimed at identifying active and motivated employees who want to grow and develop professionally in a large and stable company, and discussed the requirements for hiring.
The Faculty of Economics is grateful to JSC Concern Energomera for long-term cooperation in the field of employment of graduates.
