The 26th open weightlifting championship of Russia in senior age groups was held in Tula. The competition brought together the strongest athletes in Russia.
The Stavropol State Agrarian University was represented by Nina Vyacheslavovna Mukhortova, Senior Lecturer of the Department of Physical Education and Sports.
The athlete won in the 64 kg category, with a result of 123 kg, and also set 8 Russian records: 2 in the snatch, 3 in the clean and jerk and 3 in total!
At the end of 2019, Nina Vyacheslavovna became the athlete of the year!
