Since March 15, the region has hosted the competition "Master of the Year of the Stavropol Territory" among professors and masters of secondary vocational education, organized by the Ministry of Education of the Russian Federation. On May 21, the final of the competition took place on the basis of the Nevinnomyssk State Humanitarian and Technical Institute in Nevinnomyssk.
The competition is aimed at improving and developing the creative activity of masters of industrial training and teachers of professional modules, the development of innovative thinking in order to improve the quality of training and education of students.
The faculty of secondary vocational education of the Stavropol State Agrarian University was represented by Anastasia Viktorovna Skorochkina, a professor of the educational and methodological department of the FSVE. According to the results of competitive tests, the professor took 3rd place.
The competition was between participants who must demonstrate theoretical and practical training, professional competence, show creativity and high work culture, possession of professional and pedagogical vocabulary, and the ability to apply modern teaching technologies in practice.
The purpose of the competition is to improve the pedagogical skills of teachers, increase the prestige of the profession and specialty, stimulate their activity and create conditions for professional self-realization and personal growth of teaching staff.
