Victories of Students of the Faculty of Secondary Vocational Education in the WorldSkills Russia Championship

The WorldSkills Championship is the largest world-class competition, where both young workers and adults, experienced specialists and mentors who are experts in the competitions by profession, take part. The regional stage of the championship of working professions "Young Professionals" (WorldSkills Russia) was held in the Stavropol Territory from May 1 to May 5, 2021.

Students of the Faculty of Secondary Vocational Education of the Stavropol State Agrarian University took part in the competition. Participants of the competitions showed their personal skills and technical abilities in the following areas:

- veterinary medicine;

- accounting;

- hotel administration;

- web design and development;

- electrical installation;

- prototyping;

- maintenance and repair of motor vehicles.

The faculty was represented by: Yaroslav Baranov, Kirill Gugninsky, Artem Shevtsov, Yulia Elfimova, Arina Chukarina, Anna Samosvatova, Angelina Ligostaeva, Yulia Dyachenko, Yana Bykova, Nikita Mironov. They were prepared by teachers of the faculty: Ekaterina Aleksandrovna Sokolova, Roman Vladimirovich Tkachev, Yulia Alekseevna Tsiselskaya, Anastasia Viktorovna Skorochkina, Irina Dmitrievna Shakhramanyan.

Based on the results of all tests, the students of our SVE Faculty reached the WorldSkills National Final in the following competencies:

"Hotel Administration" - Arina Chukarina, 3rd year student;

"Prototyping" - Dmitry Volkov, 2nd year student.

The professionalism of the guys was appreciated at the highest level.
