Closing ceremony of the "Pedagogical Debut - 2021" competition

Pedagogical Debut 2021 is the first competition of professional teaching skills in the history of Stavropol State Agrarian University. Young teachers with work experience of up to 3 years took part in the competitive tests. A solemn summing up of the results of the competition and a closing ceremony took place in the assembly hall. The celebration was attended by representatives of the university administration, teachers and students.

Rector of the Stavropol State Agrarian University, Professor Ivan Vyacheslavovich Atanov addressed the participants with a welcoming speech. He noted that the task of pedagogical competitions is to connect traditions and innovations, to throw an invisible bridge from the past to the future, to expand the field of opportunities for each of the participants. “Teachers with promising thinking, mobile and creative are in demand - those who understand students well and know how to turn learning into an interesting, relevant action,” Ivan Vyacheslavovich emphasized.

The competition was attended by 11 teachers of the Faculty of Secondary Vocational Education:

Zhabin Andrey Alexandrovich;

Tsiselskaya Yulia Alekseevna;

Chichagova Irina Gennadievna.

Over the course of several weeks, the participants passed four competitive tests:

- business card "Me and my profession", during which the contestants had to reveal the motives for choosing a teaching profession, their own pedagogical principles and approaches to the educational process;

- Competitive test "Online lesson", the purpose of which was to demonstrate by the competitors professional competencies in the field of conducting a lesson/training session;

- Competitive test "Open Lesson", where all participants had to demonstrate professional competence in the field of conducting and analyzing the lesson as the main form of organizing the educational process;

- Competitive test "Curatorial hour", the purpose of which was to demonstrate by the participants of the competition professional and personal competencies in the field of education and socialization of students.

The results of the contestants were evaluated by members of the jury, including leading scientists and teachers of the Stavropol State Agrarian University.

As part of the closing ceremony of the Pedagogical Debut - 2021 competition, the finalists, laureates and winners were awarded.

Based on the results of all competitive tests, 4 finalists were determined:

III place - Yulia Sergeevna Alexandrova;

III place - Isikova Lolita Alexandrovna;

II place - Tsiselskaya Yulia Alekseevna;

II place - Ekaterina Pavlovna Medvedeva.

The winner was Anastasia Fedorovna Volgianina, a teacher of botany and plant physiology.

All participants received commemorative diplomas, and the laureates received valuable prizes.
