Training "Transactional analysis as an effective psychological model" for freshmen

The purpose of the training: the formation of a trusting and authentic attitude to the world based on the development of the ability to understand the behaviour of other people and the construction of positive relationships with others. Transactional analysis is a psychological model used to describe the behavior of one individual or group of people. It includes various methods, theories, with the help of which a person can study himself, determine the peculiarities of communication with others.

The organizer and moderator of the training was Tatyana Nikolaevna Dukhina, professor of the Department of Pedagogy, Psychology and Sociology.

During the training, students exchanged views and established positive interpersonal communications and interactions. Together we outlined methods for implementing forms and methods for further personal growth and positive interaction with others, as well as ways for further cooperation on this problem.
