New Acting Rector of Stavropol State Agrarian University

At a meeting of the labor collective of Stavropol State Agrarian University, personnel decisions of the Ministry of Agriculture of the Russian Federation were announced.

On behalf of the Director of the Department of Education, Scientific and Technological Policy and the Fisheries Complex of the Ministry of Agriculture of the Russian Federation, Nina Aleksandrovna Ivanova, the work collective was greeted by Viktor Yegorovich Berdyshev, General Director of the Agro-Education Association.

Viktor Yegorovich thanked the staff of Stavropol State Agrarian University for the work, noted the merits of the ex-rector of the university, Professor Ivan Vyacheslavovich Atanov.

Then Order No. 114-kr of June 8, 2021 was read out on the appointment of the interim rector of Stavropol State Agrarian University, Professor of the Department of Tourism and Service of SSAU Alexander Vladimirovich Trukhachev.

In his speech, Alexander Vladimirovich expressed his deep gratitude for the confidence placed in the Minister of Agriculture of the Russian Federation Dmitry Nikolaevich Patrushev, as well as the entire staff of Stavropol State Agrarian University.

“I address my heartfelt words of gratitude to our esteemed colleagues and the native staff of the Agricultural University, in which I was lucky to work since 2008. I know that I can hope for your support and cooperation, which will undoubtedly ensure the success and prosperity of the university! What should the rector do for his university? The rector must ensure the movement of the university forward, ”said Acting Rector of SSAU, Professor A. Trukhachev.

Alexander Vladimirovich Trukhachev was born on October 9, 1986 in the city of Nevinnomyssk, Stavropol Territory. After school number 1 he entered, and in 2008 successfully graduated from the branch of the Peoples' Friendship University of Russia at the Institute of Hotel Business and Tourism in Moscow.

Later, he received additional education, completing a course at Stavropol State Agrarian University in two specialties: "specialist in service and tourism" and "manager".

A.V. Trukhachev began his career with work at Stavropol State Agrarian University, where he rose from an assistant at the Department of World Economy to the head of the Department of Tourism and Service.

Further, he went to work in the Government of the Stavropol Territory and took the post of Deputy Minister of Culture of the Territory.

On October 17, 2017, Alexander Vladimirovich Trukhachev was appointed Minister of Tourism and Health Resorts of the Stavropol Territory.

On June 8, 2021, he was appointed Acting Rector of Stavropol State Agrarian University.
