Annual Field Day 2021

North Caucasian Federal Scientific Agrarian Center hosted the traditional annual regional scientific and practical seminar "Field Day of the North Caucasian FNAC-2021". Organizers of the event: Ministry of Agriculture of the Stavropol Territory, Federal State Budgetary Scientific Institution "North Caucasian Federal Research Center". The work was attended by teachers and students of Stavropol State Agrarian University.

Every year the Federal State Budgetary Scientific Institution "North Caucasian FNATs" holds the Field Day, where it presents the latest scientific developments in the field of crop breeding. A delegation from the Faculty of Agrobiology and Land Resources took part in the conference.

Stavropol State Agar University presented:

Dean of the Faculties of Agrobiology and Land Resources, ecology and landscape architecture, Doctor of Agricultural Sciences. Sciences, Professor of the Russian Academy of Sciences Alexander Nikolaevich Esaulko;

Deputy Dean, Associate Professor Timur Soltanovich Aisanov;

Deputy Dean, Associate Professor Elena Borisovna Drepa;

Head of student government Anastasia Vasina.

The faculty has long established friendly and creative relations with a scientific institution: a cooperation agreement has been concluded, a basic department of general agriculture, plant growing, selection, seed production named after Bobryshev.

"Field Day 2021" was opened by the director of the Federal State Budgetary Scientific Institution of the North Caucasus, doctor of agricultural science,. Valery Vladimirovich Kulintsev spoke about the structure of the center, about the latest scientific developments and plans for the future.

Valery Vladimirovich noted that the employees of North Caucasian Agrarian Center during the period of their existence have created more than 70 varieties of cereals, spikes, fodder, medicinal, spicy-aromatic, essential oil and melliferous herbs.

Welcoming remarks were addressed to all those present: Deputy Minister of Agriculture of the Stavropol Territory Vyacheslav Viktorovich Dridiger; head of the branch of Federal State Budgetary Scientific Institution "Russian Agricultural Center" in the Stavropol Territory, candidate of agricultural sciences. Sciences Andrey Yurievich Oleinikov; Elena Alekseevna Batagova, head of the branch of the Federal State Budgetary Institution "SVC" in the Stavropol Territory.

After the official part, for all representatives of production and scientific organizations participating in the event, a trip was made to the experimental fields of the agricultural scientific center, where the head of the laboratory, candidate of biological sciences Nikolai Mikhailovich Komarov presented new varieties of winter and spring crops, winter triticale and their use in fodder production in arid regions North Caucasus region.
