According to the results of 2021, FSBEI HE Stavropol State Agrarian University entered the 1st League of Leading Russian Universities in the National Aggregate Ranking of Russian Universities, which is conducted by experts of the Guild of Experts in Professional Education Association (Yoshkar-Ola). The national aggregated rating analyzes the success of the university in national systems for assessing the quality of education (both state and independent) and demonstrates the position of the university in the educational space of Russia.
Stavropol State Agrarian University received a high rating and is in the First League, showing excellent results following participation in the 8 largest rankings of Russian universities:
- National University Ranking - Interfax
- Rating "First Mission" (based on the project "The best educational programs of innovative Russia")
- RAEX University Rankings
- Hirsch index rating
- Rating according to Performance Monitoring data
- Rating "Assessment of the quality of education"
- Rating based on the results of professional public accreditation
- Rating "International Recognition".
In total, the National Aggregate Ranking of Russian Universities presents an analysis of the achievements of 687 Russian universities of various departmental affiliations, which are distributed in 9 groups of achievements (leagues):
- Premier League - the highest level of achievement (38 universities);
- League 1 - the leading level - unites 67 universities of Russia, including Stavropol State Agrarian University
- Leagues from 2 to 5, uniting 368 Russian universities in accordance with the results of participation or non-participation in the 8 above-mentioned ratings.
- Leagues from 6th to 9th were classified by the rating organizers as a so-called "alarm zone" in which universities are located, the results of which are not collectively presented in the 8 largest rankings of Russian universities or their results do not allow competing with other participants in the ratings. According to the results of the 2021 aggregate rating, 214 Russian universities are located in the "alarm zone".
Stavropol State Agrarian University is the only one of 54 agricultural universities in Russia, which is located in the 1st league of the National Aggregate Ranking of Russian Universities at the end of 2021!
In addition, Stavropol State Agrarian University, according to the results of the National Aggregate Ranking of Russian Universities for 2019, 2020 and 2021, confidently takes the 1st place among 54 agricultural universities in Russia.
