Victories of SSAU athletes at the European Powerlifting Championships

The national powerlifting team of Stavropol State Agrarian University took part in the European Powerlifting Championship as part of the OLYMPIA VIII multi-tournament in power sports. The competitions were held in the city of Sochi. The tournament was attended by 864 athletes from Belarus, Azerbaijan, Israel, Czech Republic, Moldova.

Stavropol State Agrarian University was adequately represented by athletes in different categories.

Artyom Okhromenko, a student of the Faculty of Agrobiology and Land Resources, and Alexander Tishkov, a student of the Accounting and Finance Faculty, became winners in their weight categories, among juniors.

Danil Pavlyuchenko, a student of the Faculty of Agrobiology and Land Resources, became the winner in his weight category among young men.

Ivan Masalov, a student of the Faculty of Agrobiology and Land Resources and the coach of the national team, Nina Vyacheslavovna Mukhortova, won the open category.
