The quartile of a scientific journal can be determined from the Web of Science and Scopus databases. The concept of “quartile (quarter)” Q implies a category of scientific journals that determines bibliometric indicators, that is, the level of citation indicating the level of demand for a publication by the scientific community. Q1 articles have the highest level of uniqueness of scientific achievements and in-depth analysis of the studied issues, a clear structure, a scientific style of presentation, and the use of a modern methodological apparatus.
