The participants were athletes from different Federal Districts. The competitions were held in the Kabardino-Balkarian Republic, in the city of Nalchik. More than 70 athletes took part in the Spartakiade.
Yuri Noskov, student of secondary vocational education of Stavropol State Agrarian University, was part of the team of the North Caucasian Federal District. According to the results of competitions Yuriy became the winner of V Summer Spartakiad of youth on judo in age category - till 21 years.
