Practice and methodology of personnel training, taking into account the WorldSkills Russia standard on the basis of the Stavropol State Agrarian University

In order to develop the expert community and introduce WorldSkills standards in the process of training mid-level specialists, a training program for teachers is being implemented. The curator of the program is the WorldSkills Academy.

On the basis of the FSBEI HE "Stavropol State Agrarian University", an additional professional training program for teachers (masters of industrial training) "Practice and methodology for the implementation of educational programs of secondary vocational education, taking into account the competence of WorldSkills “Finance”" is being implemented.

Teachers of the Stavropol State Agrarian University take part in the implementation of the program: Head of the Department of Finance, Credit and Insurance Glotova Irina Ivanovna, Associate Professor of the Department of Finance, Credit and Insurance Klishina Yulia Evgenievna, Associate Professor of the Department of Finance, Credit and Insurance Tomilina Elena Petrovna, Associate Professor of the Department of Finance, Credit and Insurance Uglitskikh Olga Nikolaevna, Associate Professor of the Department of Economic Analysis and Audit Batishcheva Elena Alekseevna and a root expert of competence T78 "Finance", a teacher at the Tyumen College of Economics, Management and Law Novoselova Tatyana Nikolaevna.

The listeners of the program are representatives of the Republic of Bashkortostan, the Republic of Tatarstan, the Chuvash Republic, the Moscow and Tomsk regions, as well as the city of St. Petersburg.

An additional professional advanced training program is aimed at improving and (or) forming a new teaching competence in students in educational programs of secondary vocational education, vocational training, additional professional programs, organizing and conducting an educational and production process, taking into account the competence of WorldSkills "Finance".

During the program, students will learn:

- WorldSkills Russia competency standard;

- modern technologies in the professional field of activity;

- teaching methods and technologies, taking into account the WorldSkills Russia standard for a specific competence;

- the procedure for assessing the qualifications of a student (graduate);

- the procedure for preparing and conducting a demonstration exam for a specific competence.

The final certification of students will be carried out in the form of a demonstration exam in the "Finance" competency.

As a result of the training, all students will receive a Skills Passport, and upon successful completion of the final exam, they will become Certified Experts – WorldSkills Masters in the Finance competence.
