Within the framework of educational practice, a lesson was held at the enterprise "Pyatigorsk Dairy Plant"

To visit a milk processing plant and not see a drop of milk is the reality of the current production. The plant is not inferior to the leading enterprises of the industry in terms of equipping with modern high-performance equipment. The enterprise operates a modern technological line "Tetra Pak".All production processes are automated as much as possible, full control and tracking of the required production parameters is provided, so the influence of the human factor is minimal.

The 1st and 2nd year students of the biotechnological faculty of the Stavropol State Agrarian University visited one of the largest enterprises of the dairy industry in the Stavropol Territory - LLC Pyatigorsk Dairy Plant.

The enterprise has created all the conditions for getting to know the production without being present in the production premises. The glazed gallery on the second floor allows you to see almost all technological processes, evaluate the scale of production, without violating the standards of sanitation and hygiene, while being absolutely safe for the visitors themselves.

Production Director Olga Vladimirovna Oksenenko showed in stages and told the students the entire technological process of dairy products production, the features of equipment, packaging and technological methods for the production of certain types of products, including butter. Students were convinced with their own eyes that each production area is under automated control, as well as under the control of a production laboratory to assess the quality of milk and dairy products by organoleptic and physicochemical indicators. Therefore, products of only guaranteed quality enter the distribution network.

The head of the personnel management department Marinchenko Anastasia Sergeevna invited the students to the enterprise for practical training and for further employment.

The excursion turned out to be very informative and useful for the students. Acquaintance with high-tech production, the strictest standards of sanitation in the production of products and the very diverse and tasty dairy products of the Pyatigorsk Dairy Plant LLC left an indelible impression on the students.
