Stavropol State Agrarian University is setting up a consortium of educational, scientific, socio-cultural and managerial practices as part of its participation in the Priority 2030 Strategic Academic Leadership Programme, in order to present and build on the best educational, scientific, socio-cultural and managerial practices.
Stavropol State Agrarian University is a three-time winner of the Russian Federation Government Quality Award (2017, 2011, 2005), twice winner of the GRAN-PRI All-Russian Competition of the Russian Federation Ministry of Labour and Social Protection "Russian Organization of High Social Efficiency" (2018, 2013).
In 2021, the university confirmed its status as the leader of universities of the Ministry of Agriculture of Russia and strengthened its position among the leading universities in Russia according to the major national rankings of universities - rising to 59th place in the rating of "100 Best Universities of Russia" of the RAEX Rating Agency (RAEX-Analytics) and 62-63rd place in the National University Rating of the Interfax Information Agency.
Stavropol State Agrarian University is establishing a consortium of educational, scientific, socio-cultural and managerial practices to represent and build on the best educational, scientific, socio-cultural and managerial practices as part of its participation in the Priority 2030 programme.

- Department of Educational Programmes and Professional Qualifications of the Foundation for Infrastructure and Educational Programmes;

The Stavropol State Agrarian University, in cooperation with consortium members, plans to implement 4 strategic projects:
1. biologisation of agriculture in the North Caucasus Federal District based on innovations (digitalisation, agro-biotechnology, breeding);
2) Intensification of livestock breeding sector development in Stavropol Krai (animal genomics and biotechnology);
3. Drivers of sustainable development of rural and specially protected eco-resort areas;
4. agro-cadres of the future (educational HAB of AIC staff resources in SCFD).
A working meeting was held with agrarian higher education institutions of the North Caucasus Federal District, during which the participants developed key positions of each institution in the Roadmap for the implementation of the Priority 2030 strategic academic leadership programme.
The participants of the meeting were agreed that the interaction between the Consortium participants will enable them to qualitatively increase the level of training for the agro-industrial complex of the North Caucasian Federal District, introduce new educational programmes for the development of our regions, implement academic mobility programmes, improve the scientific, educational and socio-cultural infrastructure of agrarian universities in the South of Russia.
The formulated strategic guidelines will guide the development of universities for the period up to 2030 and will ensure socio-economic development and strengthen the human resources and scientific and technological potential of organisations in the real sector of the economy and the social sphere in the Stavropol Territory and the entire North Caucasus Federal District.
