The Consortium of Network Electronic Libraries (NEL Consortium) is a non-profit project of the Lan electronic library, in which participating universities get access to each other's educational and scientific literature. 310 Russian universities, including 7 universities from the CIS countries, became participants of the project supported by the Agency for Strategic Initiatives in 2021. The literature published in these educational institutions became the basis of the unified fund of the NEL Consortium with 41,000 textbooks, manuals and methodological materials.
The Scientific Library of the Stavropol State Agrarian University is part of the NEL Consortium – a socially-oriented project of the Lan electronic library aimed at improving the quality and accessibility of Russian education.
