Open lecture "Monetary policy of the Bank of Russia" of the Southern HQ of the Bank of Russia

Special open lecture for students from the branch of the Central Bank of the Russian Federation in the Stavropol Territory of the Southern HQ of the Central Bank of the Russian Federation. The uniqueness of the event lies in obtaining up-to-date information on the Bank of Russia's approaches to the conduct of monetary policy, on the impact on the economy and inflation of the instruments available to the Bank of Russia.

The open lecture was delivered by the chief economist of the Southern Main Directorate of the Central Bank of the Russian Federation, the head of the economic department, Gladilin Alexander Alexandrovich.

The speaker told the students about the approaches of the Bank of Russia to the conduct of monetary policy, which are determined by the nature of the impact on the economy and inflation of the instruments at the disposal of the central bank, and, on the other hand, by the structural and institutional features of the Russian economy, the dynamics of consumer prices and inflation expectations.
