Opening of a new unique educational and research laboratory "Intelligent systems for commercial metering of energy resources"

On the basis of the Faculty of Power Engineering of the Stavropol State Agrarian University, a new unique educational and research laboratory of the company "MIRTEK" "Intelligent systems for commercial metering of energy resources" was opened. This is the only laboratory on the territory of the North Caucasus Federal District and the Southern Federal District, which presents the most modern information and measuring complexes for local and remote monitoring of consumption parameters of all types of energy resources (electricity, heat, gas, water).

Electricity is an integral part not only of the agro-industrial complex, but also of the life of every modern person. In order for students to be competitive in the labor market, they need to be able to work on advanced equipment. The project of the laboratory "Intelligent systems for commercial metering of energy resources" was implemented jointly with the strategic partners of the university, "Mirtek" company.

The guests of honor were present at the grand opening of the laboratory:

• Trukhachev Alexander Vladimirovich - Acting Rector of SSAU, Doctor of Economics, Professor;

• Stupak Roman Igorevich - Deputy General Director of MIRTEK for Development;

• Simonov Viktor Nikolaevich - Technical Director of the MIRTEK company;

• Malsugenov Oleg Vladimirovich - engineer researcher of the company "MIRTEK";

• Mastepanenko Ivan Viktorovich - Head of the Automated Control Systems Service of "TEPLOSET" JSC, Stavropol;

• Mastepanenko Maxim Alekseevich - Dean of the Faculty of Electricity, Associate Professor

Traditionally, the guests cut the red ribbon to mark the opening of the laboratory.

In the laboratory, there are actually operating metering units with real verified metering devices and telemetry means. Total study area: 60 sq.m.

In memory of the opening of the laboratory, the students of the Electricity Faculty presented the guests with a mantle and a square academic cap.

Then a cooperation agreement was signed between the Stavropol State Agar University and the "Mirtek" company.
