The territory of the Stavropol SAU is recognized as the best in the Leninsky district of the regional capital

In the Leninsky district of the city of Stavropol, the winners of the competition "The best territory adjacent to an enterprise, institution" were determined. The landscape design of Stavropol State Agrarian University has surpassed the green decoration of all institutions in this area of the city and this is not the first time that the university has brought victory in a traditional competition.

“The best territory adjacent to an enterprise or institution” is a competition annually announced by the administration of the Leninsky district of the city of Stavropol. It fully allows demonstrating the talents of SSAU students - future masters of urban landscape design and their mentors. After all, thousands of square meters of the most beautiful pre-university lawns and flower beds are created by the employees of the university's landscaping department and the fighters of the student team “The Greener” with their own hands, maintaining this stunning beauty in accordance with the season.

Stavropol State Agrarian University has been able to maintain its leadership in the regional competition for several years in a row. And this is despite the serious competition with the green territories of other universities, the Stavropol drama theater and even the regional government.

To create green "oases" in the urban environment, Stavropol State Agrarian University has its own production base for planting material. In the greenhouses and greenhouses of the Agrarian University, more than 300 thousand flowers are grown annually, in the nursery of ornamental crops of the educational and experimental farm - tree and shrub saplings.

Every year the territory of SSAU only becomes more beautiful!
