Financial literacy online marathon finals

The final of the online marathon on financial literacy among students of educational institutions of secondary vocational education of the Stavropol Territory was held on the basis of the laboratory of JSC Rosselkhozbank "Business Center for Technology Transfer".

The game was held as part of the implementation of a set of educational activities of the regional program "Increasing the level of financial literacy of the population of the Stavropol Territory and the development of financial education in the Stavropol Territory." The organizers were Stavropol State Agrarian University and the Training Center of the Ministry of Finance of the Stavropol Territory.

In the final, the teams that became the winners of the qualifying round among 12 teams participating in the online marathon met:

State Budgetary Professional Educational Institution "Svetlograd Regional Agricultural College",

Faculty of secondary vocational education of the Federal State Budgetary Educational Institution of Higher Education "Stavropol State Agrarian University",

State Budgetary Professional Educational Institution "Stavropol College of Service Technologies and Commerce",

Budgetary Professional Educational Institution "Kursavsky regional college "Integral",

State Budgetary Professional Educational Institution "Stavropol Construction College",

State Budgetary Professional Educational Institution "Grigoropolissky Agricultural College named after Ataman M.I. Platov".

The event was opened with a welcoming speech to the participants of the tournament, the coordinator of the regional program "Increasing the level of financial literacy of the population of the Stavropol Territory and the development of financial education in the Stavropol Territory" Nadezhda Ivanovna Gerasimenko.

During 4 rounds, the participants had to answer their chosen questions from the presented categories "Personal financial planning", "Family budget management", "Savings", "Investments", "Taxation", "Credit load management", "Bank cards", "Risks and financial security”, “Insurance”, “Pension provision”, “Protection of the rights of consumers of financial services”. In addition, in each round there were unusual questions: "Question-auction" and "Pig in a poke". Also, after each assignment, the guys had the opportunity to receive a qualified commentary and checklists of the rules of reasonable financial behavior from the game moderators - employees of the Department of Financial Management and Banking Yulia Mikhailovna Sklyarova and Elena Nikolaevna Lapina.

As a result of a stubborn struggle, the winners were determined:

1st place - the faculty of secondary vocational education of the Federal State Budgetary Educational Institution of Higher Education "Stavropol State Agrarian University"

2nd place - State Budgetary Professional Educational Institution "Stavropol College of Service Technologies and Commerce",

3rd place - State Budgetary Professional Educational Institution "Svetlograd Regional Agricultural College".

The winner and prize-winners of the tournament are awarded with diplomas and valuable gifts, and all participants - with certificates and souvenirs.
