Meeting of Stavropol State Agrarian University students with the strategic partner of the university - group of agricultural enterprises "Resurs"

On the basis of the biotechnology faculty, there was a meeting of students of the faculties of veterinary medicine and biotechnology with representatives of the strategic partner of the Agrarian University, group of agricultural enterprises “Resurs”.

The meeting was attended by: Olga Alekseevna Podolskaya - Deputy Head of the Personnel Service of “Resource”, Yulia Aleksandrovna Barsukova - Head of the Personnel Management Service of Blagodarnensky meat and poultry plant and Viktoria Aleksandrovna Kovtun - Human Resources Specialist of the Fodder Production Department of “Resurs”.

After the demonstration of the film about the "Resurs" group of agricultural enterprises, the students were introduced to the "Young Specialist" program. Within the framework of this program, the company offers students and graduates of the university:

- the possibility of internships and a scholarship for the period of practice;

- employment of young specialists without work experience;

- backing of the trainee by an experienced mentor;

- comfortable and safe working conditions and decent wages;

- reimbursement of rental costs;

- opportunity for professional growth and career development.

According to Olga Alekseevna Podolskaya, over the past 5 years alone, more than 20 graduates of Stavropol State Agrarian University have been employed in various divisions of “Resurs”, 6 students have been doing practical work at the enterprise this year and intend to work in the organization after graduation. More than 30 specialists of the enterprise have undergone specialized retraining on the basis of the Agrarian University in the area of training "Zootechnics".

The company is constantly expanding and currently there are vacancies for veterinarians, animal engineers, bacteriologist, instrumentation and automation engineer, meat processing technologist.

Students asked many clarifying questions, to which representatives of the employer gave full answers. In addition, the meeting participants exchanged contact information for further individual work. Such meetings with representatives of "Resurs" are of a regular nature and emphasize the interest of employers in university graduates.
