In the digital economy, competencies (the so-called competence framework) are needed, such as problem solving, result management, innovativeness, emotional intelligence, digital analysis technologies, and risk hedging. Research from Harvard University shows that Soft skills and digital are 85% of success.

The T-shaped concept was introduced by David Guest. Modern Sberbank is building a team of T-shaped specialists - people who are experts in at least one area, but who understand many others and can freely communicate with other specialists at a basic level.

Of particular relevance is the concept of lifelong learning - learning and acquiring new skills throughout life.

At the Faculty of Accounting and Finance, on the basis of the basic department of Sberbank, a Personnel Recruitment Center was opened (to date, more than 1,500 students have been employed). Each employee of the FM&BB department is connected to seminars and master classes of the corporate university of Sberbank.

“Faculty” is a digital career environment of the university. This is a young and very promising project that effectively connects graduates and employers of more than 400 universities in our country through a combination of the functionality of job search sites and event planners.

Communication is structured in such a way that, on the one hand, employers have the opportunity not only to post vacancies or view student resumes, but also to plan career events, embed them in their own career events programs, and relay this information to students, incl. and automated on social networks.

On the other hand, the students themselves, having registered on the platform, get to know employers better, not only read the texts of vacancies, but also communicate directly, participating in interactive events in order to get an idea of the corporate culture of the company.

The transformation and increased involvement of the Career Centers will allow employers to increase their coverage of career opportunities communications and attract more students, and the students themselves will get wide career opportunities and choose the best offers.
