Global climate change is becoming an increasingly significant factor that has a significant impact on the development of crop and livestock industries.
In general, the most important expected climate changes for agriculture will be such changes as an increase in the heat supply of agricultural crops (the sum of active temperatures) and the duration of the growing season; an increase in winter air temperatures, which determine the conditions for overwintering agricultural crops; change in moisture conditions due to an increase in precipitation in the cold season and a decrease in precipitation in the warm season.

Filippov underwent advanced training under an additional professional program: “Systems of crop and livestock production in the context of climate change”.
