Reporting and election conference of student self-government of the faculties of Stavropol State Agrarian University

A reporting and election conference was held at the faculties of agrobiology and land resources, ecology and landscape architecture. The main agenda of the conference was a report on the work of student government bodies of two faculties for the 2020-2021 academic year.

The reporting and election conference of the SSAU of the faculties of agrobiology and land resources, ecology and landscape architecture was attended by:

· Dean of faculties, Doctor of Agricultural Sciences, Professor of the Russian Academy of Sciences - Alexander Nikolaevich Esaulko;

· Deputy Dean for Academic Affairs, Associate Professor - Lyubov Vasilievna Maznitsyna;

· Deputy Dean of the Faculty of Ecology and Landscape Architecture for educational work, Associate Professor - Elena Valentinovna Pashkova;

· Deputy Dean of the Faculty of Agrobiology and Land Resources for educational work, Associate Professor - Elena Borisovna Drepa;

· Chairman of primary trade union organization of students of SSAU - Sergey Nogin;

· Chairman of the Council of Students of SSAU - Nikita Vlaskin.

Delegates to the conference were activists of faculties, as well as students in charge of various areas of activity - a total of 135 people.

The main agenda of the conference was the report on the work of the student government bodies of the two faculties for the 2020-2021 academic year, during which the student team, together with the leadership, managed to implement many interesting projects and events. By the majority of votes, the work of the student council at the end of the past academic year was recognized as satisfactory.

The elected delegates heard a short report for the 2020-2021 academic year by Ivan Vdovydchenko, Chair of the Student Council of the Faculty of Agrobiology and Land Resources, and Anastasia Vasina, Chair of the Student Council of the Faculty of Ecology and Landscape Architecture.

Then the delegates held a vote on the choice of chairmen of student councils of both faculties, as well as new leaders of directions and their deputies. Based on the results of the majority of votes, the structure of student self-government of faculties was updated, and student deans were elected for another term.
