On October 19, a regular meeting of the Scientific and Technical Council of the Stavropol State Agrarian University was held.

The following issues were considered at the event:

1. Consideration and approval of topics for the competition of the Russian Science Foundation for grants on the priority direction of the Russian Science Foundation "Conducting fundamental research and exploratory research by individual scientific groups" - report of Acting Vice-Rector for Research and Innovation, Professor Bobryshev A.N.

2. analysis of the application campaign for the competitions of the russian Science Foundation:

- competition for grants of the Russian Science Foundation in the priority direction of the Russian Science Foundation "Conducting basic scientific research and exploratory scientific research by small individual scientific groups" (regional competition);

3. Approval of incentive payments for publications indexed in the international bases Web of Science and Scopus, as well as determining the proportion of payments to the salary fund of scientific and technical staff from the results of intellectual activity, namely the transfer under a license agreement (agreement) or agreement on the alienation of exclusive rights.
