Olga Viktorovna Melnikova, head of the sector of international information resources of the university, took 5th place and became the Laureate of the I All-Russian competition.
On October 26, the results of the All-Russian competition "Leadership Laboratory - 2021: the best university librarian" were announced.
The competition, in which one employee from 154 universities of Russia took part, was held with the support of the Ministry of Science and Higher Education of the Russian Federation.
Olga Viktorovna Melnikova, a participant representing Stavropol State University, head of the international information resources sector of the university, took 5th place and became a Laureate of the I All-Russian competition "Leadership Laboratory - 2021: the best university librarian."
According to the results of the I and IV stages of the competition, the representative of the SSAU became a laureate, and in the II and III - entered the top 25 participants of the competition. Olga Viktorovna is in the first place among representatives of agricultural universities.
An important task of the competition was to emphasize the importance of the library in the development strategy of the university, assess the level of professional competencies of librarians, and identify new directions for the development of university libraries.
