PJSC "Sberbank" opens new horizons for students of SSAU for the training of highly qualified personnel

The bank's employees presented a new project "Club «180 students of the South West Bank»", the purpose of which is to acquaint students with Sberbank and invite the best into their ranks.

The official meeting of the Manager of the Stavropol branch No. 5230 of Sberbank PJSC Alexey Sergeevich Chvanov and the teaching staff of the Department of Financial Management and Banking was attended by: Elena Yurievna Baklanova - Deputy Manager, Roman Evgenievich Chekanov - Deputy Manager, Andrey Vladimirovich Podsvirov - Deputy Manager, Pavel Alexandrovich Nosinkov - Deputy Manager, Tatyana Alexandrovna Avdeeva - Business Partner for HR Management, Dmitry Mikhailovich Bondarev - Head of the Career Center of NCFU.

The bank's employees presented a new project "Club «180 students of the South West Bank»", the purpose of which is to acquaint students with Sberbank and invite the best into their ranks. The audience of the club should be students of 3-4 courses of bachelor's degree, 4-5 courses of a specialist, master's degree or the last year of college.

180 students who have passed entrance testing will enter the club, systematic work will be carried out with them from November to May (including practice). For students, these are:

– New acquaintances, real communication;

– Offline and online work shops, meetups;

– Business games and teamwork, real business cases;

– Pumping skills, "roasting" resume;

– Career opportunities and social package in Sberbank;

– Merch and prizes from Sberbank after each module;

– Individual coaching sessions with job search experts;

– Closed excursions to the head offices of the company;

– Open dialogue with the top managers of YuZB (only within the club);

– The ability to see the Sberbank from the inside.

Another impetus for expanding the boundaries of specialized knowledge and professional competencies during training for students will be the SberStudent accelerator project. The training will take place online. Participants will be able to develop their business idea and launch their first commercial project. Sberbank will pay for the tuition in full. In addition to the main program, the best teams selected by Sberbank will receive additional supervision. After training, such teams will be able to present their projects to Russian corporations and investors during a specially organized demo day.
