Digital technologies cause dramatic changes in our life, study, work, allow to think in a new way, plan and make decisions, open up new opportunities at all levels of state and social development, but at the same time increase risks and threats to existing business models.

The conditions for forming the basis for sustainable development of rural areas are diverse and are directly related to the use of available resources, increasing employment, ensuring a positive trend in demographic processes, updating infrastructure in rural areas, achieving standards for the level and quality of life of the rural population.

With the global COVID-19 pandemic crisis, sustainability issues are re-energized. In particular, there is a clear need for digitalization. Digital technologies cause dramatic changes in our life, study, work, allow to think in a new way, plan and make decisions, open up new opportunities at all levels of state and social development, but at the same time increase risks and threats to existing business models ...

Among the many different sectors of the modern economy, digital technologies and the green sector have a special place in sustainable development. A green economy brings economic and environmental areas closer together, allowing economic growth to be achieved while reducing environmental damage through the introduction of renewable energy technologies and sustainable agricultural production.

Today, the transition to the digital economy is one of the main priorities in the development of Russia, because it is the level of digitalization that will show the country's competitiveness in the new technological order and contribute to the prospects for an innovative breakthrough.
