The Regional Center for Youth Projects, together with the Stavropol regional branch "Russian Student Detachments" (RSO), held a competition of pedagogical skills among student pedagogical brigades "Leader of the Year - 2021". The best ones were chosen in several nominations: "Leader -" Breakthrough", it was attended by guys who have experience of the first work as a leader in a children's health camp in 2021, while the age of the participants is from 18 to 21 years; “Counselor -“Profi ”, for those whose experience as a counselor in a children's camp is at least two years, the age of the participants is from 20 to 25 years.
The student pedagogical team "Dream" of Stavropol State Agrarian University took part in the competition.
For two days, the counselors showed their skills in competitive tests, such as: author's squad work and a master class, pedagogical discussion and creative performances.
The experts evaluating the contestants were:
Alexander Voiskovoy - Head of the Department for Youth Policy of the Administration of the Government of the Stavropol Territory;
Oksana Golubova - Chief Specialist of the Department for Youth Policy of the Administration of the Government of the Stavropol Territory, ex-methodologist of the Stavropol Regional Headquarters of student groups;
Boris Drobotov - head of the headquarters of the "RSO", director of the SBI SK Center for youth projects";
Ekaterina Shalneva - head of the student pedagogical brigades of the Central Headquarters of the Youth All-Russian public organization "Russian Student Detachments";
Alesya Chernykh - head of the "Swift" camp of the Eaglet VDC.
Two victories have been added to the collection of numerous awards of the student team "Dream"!
1st place in the "Breakthrough" nomination - Ekaterina Unuchek, student of the Faculty of Ecology and Landscape Architecture;
1st place in the "Profi" nomination - Ekaterina Kholstova, graduate of the Faculty of Economics.
