VII interuniversity championship in corporate finance

The Corporate Finance Championship "Financial Stand-Up" is a final presentation to the experts of the group project. The championship was held in two stages. First, the participants showed a video portfolio in which they presented the team. The next stage in the fight for victory was the presentation of a public presentation. A public presentation is a team presentation of innovative projects in order to convince the jury of the prospects and quality of the project. Successfully delivering a presentation to investors, buyers or partners is essential to the success of any project. The idea of the project is to introduce a new business with high profitability and to attract funding for the project.

Four teams took part in the championship: three teams of Stavropol State Agrarian University and the team of Oryol State Agrarian University named after N.V. Parakhin.

The Faculty of Accounting and Finance was the moderator of the championship.

Lyubov Vasilievna Agarkova, professor of the department "Finance, credit and insurance" of the Federal State Budgetary Educational Institution of Higher Education "Stavropol State Agrarian University" Head of the Department "Finance, Investments and Credit" Tatyana Svyatoslavovna Kravchenko Federal State Budgetary Educational Institution of Higher Education "Oryol State Agrarian University named after N.V. Parakhina".

The first place was shared by the team of Stavropol State Agrarian University under the leadership of Doctor of Economics, Professor Lyubov Vasilievna Agarkova, who presented to the experts a project for the production of interactive electric dishes with program control and the FinAgro team of Oryol State Agrarian University named after N.V. Parakhin - scientific adviser, candidate of economic sciences, associate professor Tatyana Svyatoslavovna Kravchenko, with an innovative project for organizing fish farming in the Oryol region.

The second and third places in the "Financial stand-up" were taken by the teams of the accounting and financial faculty of Stavropol State Agrarian University.

The awarding procedure was conducted by Doctor of Economics, Professor, Dean of the Faculty of Accounting and Finance Elena Ivanovna Kostyukova. Elena Ivanovna, noted that participation in the championship is a demonstration of their knowledge in the subject area of corporate finance, as well as the ability to substantiate and argue their conclusions.

The organizers of the championship congratulated all the participants on the achieved results, presented the team captains with diplomas.

The interuniversity championship in corporate finance "Financial Steadup" was very lively and allowed the participants to learn the skills of public speaking in an accessible way and to be in the role of representatives of their future profession.
