International scientific conference dedicated to the 90th anniversary of the Federal State Budgetary Scientific Institution " All-Russian Research Institute of Agrochemistry" and the 80th anniversary of the Geographic Network of Experiments with Fertilize

07.12.2021

In honor of the anniversary dates, the All-Russian Research Institute of Agrochemistry named after D.N. Pryanishnikov, with the support of the Department of Agricultural Sciences of the Russian Academy of Sciences, the Ministry of Science and Higher Education of the Russian Federation, held an International Scientific Conference dedicated to the 90th anniversary of the All-Russian Research Institute of Agrochemistry and the 80th anniversary of the Geographic Network of Experiments with Fertilizers. The conference was attended by leading specialists from the Ministry of Agriculture of Russia, the Ministry of Education and Science of Russia, the Russian Academy of Sciences, employees of Russian and foreign research institutions, higher educational institutions, heads and specialists of organizations and enterprises for the production, provision of agriculture with pesticides and agrochemicals.

Scientific issues of the conference:

Influence of long-term use of fertilizers on changes in agrochemical indicators of soil fertility;

Changes in the physical and chemical properties of the soil according to crop rotation;

Dynamics of the humus state of the soil, fractional-group composition and balance of humus (soil organic carbon - Corg.);

Regularities of changes in nitrogen, phosphate and potassium regime of soils with prolonged and ultra-long application of fertilizers;

The influence of fertilization systems on the content of microelements in the soil, their gross and mobile forms;

Changes in microbiocenoses, biological and enzymatic activity of soils at different saturation with fertilizers and the use of chemical and biological plant protection products.

The lecturer of Stavropol State Agrarian University, Doctor of Agricultural Sciences, Professor Yulia Ivanovna Grechishkina made a report: "Dynamics of the content of mobile phosphorus in chernozem soils of the Central Ciscaucasia". The report considered the problem of phosphorus, which is the key one in Russian agriculture due to the low availability of mobile phosphorus in soils and a sharp decline in the production and use of phosphorus fertilizers due to the economic crisis.

During the conference, it was said that long-term field experiments with fertilizers in all soil and climatic zones of the country and on all agricultural crops made it possible to establish quantitative dependencies of doses, rates, timing and methods of applying mineral fertilizers, their range with the value of crop yields and agrochemical parameters of the soil. This made it possible to program the productivity of plants and regulate soil fertility in terms of its expanded reproduction. At the same time, the science of agricultural chemistry has become truly the most "digitized", which is very important in modern conditions - the digitalization of agriculture and the economy as a whole.
