The XIII International Olympiad for employers in the field of ICT "IT-Planet 2020/21" (world-it-planet.org) is one of the largest competitions in the field of IT and innovation in Russia and the CIS countries. The event was held in an online format on the basis of the co-organizing university - Don State Technical University, Rostov-on-Don.
The Olympiad "IT-Planet" is aimed at providing students and young graduates with the opportunity to directly solve problems from employers, demonstrate their startups, improve their professional skills in an online school, exchange experience with highly qualified specialists from employers, as well as find a job or undergo an internship at leading ICT companies. The task of the Olympiad is to unite business, education and government bodies of different countries in order to improve the quality of IT education.
The winner from Stavropol State Agrarian University was student Ruslan Gammadovich Shallaev, he took 1st place in the "Unlimited Possibilities" competition in the "Prosthetics +" nomination.
All qualifying stages and final tests took place on the platform of innovative competition Braim.org, which allowed participants from different cities and even countries to unite in teams, work in general space, communicate with each other via video communication and directly receive advice from leading ICT experts. More than 17,500 students and young graduates from Russia and the CIS countries registered to participate in the competition at the beginning of 2021. The final was attended by 339 participants who successfully completed all the tasks of the qualifying stages. Finalists represented institutions of higher and secondary vocational education in Russia, Armenia, Belarus, Kazakhstan, Ukraine and Uzbekistan.
The finalists completed the final tasks using the proctoring system, and also defended their projects in the videoconference format, developed within the qualifying stages. Thanks to the online broadcast, all those interested could watch the performances of the finalists live in various nominations. More than 5000 people who are fond of innovations and IT have watched the broadcast of the finals (final.world-it-planet.org) during all four days.
As part of the final, the organizers presented to the participants and spectators the second host - the artificial intelligence (I'm), which throughout the days, studied the profiles of the finalists and tried to understand what a person who creates the future should be like. I’m assisted in conducting broadcast, determined the winners and during the award ceremony created his own image of a person who creates the future, based on the analysis of answers and finalists' behavior.

● Among the institutions of higher professional education - Sevastopol State university.
● Among the institutions of secondary vocational education - Nizhnekamsk Pedagogical College.
The best institution of higher professional education of the North Caucasian Federal District and deservedly became FSBEI HE "Stavropol State Agrarian University".
The winners of the Olympiad received career proposals from the founders of the competitions, cash prizes, gifts, career advice from pronavyki.rf and hh.ru, scholarships, proposals for practical training and the opportunity to receive a grant from the President of the Russian Federation for Master studies.
