SSAU students are winners of the first Olympiad from Sberbank "180 students of the South West Bank"

Stavropol State Agrarian University and PJSC Sberbank have long-term warm friendly relations. Many students and alumni work in their specialty in different branches of the bank, occupy leading positions. For the first time, South-West Bank of SberBank is launching a large-scale project in the South of Russia for students as part of the 180th anniversary celebration of "180 students of South West Bank".

The club will host 180 students who have passed the entrance test, from among the participants in the ABC Money Business School of the SmartAgro youth technopark of Stavropol State Agrarian University. Systematic work will be carried out with them from November to May (including practice).

For students, these are:

New acquaintances, real communication;

Offline and online work shops, meetups;

Business games and teamwork, real business cases;

Pumping skills, "roasting" resume;

Career opportunities and social package in Sberbank;

Merch and prizes from Sberbank after each module;

Individual coaching sessions with job search experts;

Closed excursions to the head offices of the company;

Open dialogue with the top managers of SWB (only within the club);

The opportunity to see the Sberbank from the inside.

The Olympiad was attended by 350 university students from different parts of the country. The winners were 18 participants from the cities: Rostov-on-Don, Makhachkala, Krasnodar, Volgodonsk, and 4 winners from Stavropol.

Three winners from Stavropol State Agrarian University:

⁃ Denis Grigorievich Bushenov, 2nd year student of the Faculty of Economics, direction "Economics of Enterprises and Organizations";

⁃ Dzhamilya Mukhdarovna Bayramukova, 2nd year student of the Faculty of Economics, direction "Economics of Enterprises and Organizations";

⁃ Daria Andreevna Nozhenko, 4th year student of the Faculty of Accounting and Finance, direction "Finance and Credit".

At the beginning of the event, Tatyana Avdeeva, a business partner for personnel management of the Stavropol branch of 5230, Sberbank, awarded the winners of the Olympiad with valuable gifts from Sberbank.

The meeting was moderated by the Head of the Department of Financial Management and Banking, Doctor of Economics, Professor Yulia Mikhailovna Sklyarova and Candidate of Economic Sciences, Associate Professor of the Department of Financial Management and Banking Lyudmila Anatolyevna Latysheva.
