Participation in the International round table “The modern economic world: realities and prospects of development”

The round table “The modern economic world: realities and prospects of development” was organized by the Accounting and Economics Faculty of the Rostov State Economic University (RINH) (Rostov-on-Don) offline and online format.

Teachers of the Faculty of Accounting and Finance, Doctor of Economics, Professor Elena Ivanovna Kostyukova, Candidate of Economic Sciences, Associate Professor Natalya Valentinovna Kulish, Candidate of Economic Sciences, Associate Professor Olga Egorovna Sytnik, Candidate of Economic Sciences, Associate Professor Tatarinova Maria Nikolaevna and 5^th year student of the Faculty of Accounting and Finance Maria Anishchenko, at the invitation of partners, took part in the International Round Table in English for schoolchildren, college students, students and undergraduates with the participation of experts from both the university and scientific community (employees from the Institute for Employment Problems (IAB) (Nuremberg, Germany), Financial University under the Government of the Russian Federation (Moscow)) and employers (SKOLKOVO group of companies, PwC Audit JSC (Krasnodar, Rostov-on-Don) , JSC “KPMG” - South Regional Center (Rostov-on-Don)).

28 reports in English were announced for discussion during the round table, touching upon a wide range of topical issues in the context of the implementation of the Sustainable Development Goals by the world community, including in the areas of accounting, analytical and information activities, the application of IT technologies in accounting, audit and analysis.

The speakers were students of schools in Rostov-on-Don and Moscow, students / undergraduates of Rostov State Economic University (RINH), Financial University under the Government of the Russian Federation, Lomonosov Moscow State University (Moscow), Stavropol State Agrarian University (Stavropol), Kuban State Agrarian University (Krasnodar).

The report of our student Maria Anishchenko (supervisor - Candidate of Economic Sciences, Associate Professor Olga Yegorovna Sytnik) was noted by experts in the top three and awarded the prize of PwC Audit JSC (Rostov-on-Don).
