The teachers of the Department of Ecology and Landscape Construction within the framework of the international project Erasmus + “Improving postgraduate education in the field of sustainable agriculture and agricultural systems of the future” (SAGRIS) held a round table “Modern methods and approaches in the development of environmental disciplines for sustainable development”.
The participants of the round table were teachers and graduate students of the Novosibirsk State Agrarian University, the Buryat State Agricultural Academy named after V.R. Filippov, Yakutsk State Agricultural Academy.
During the round table, an analysis was made of modern Russian and foreign research aimed at the formation and development of environmentally responsible behavior, as well as the existing experience in organizing environmental education.
Particular attention was paid to the issue of introducing practice-oriented forms of work into the educational process. Learning through the development of competencies, the simultaneous acquisition of knowledge, skills and abilities allows you to gradually prepare the student for solving professional environmental problems.
Understanding modern environmental issues is a logical component of education for sustainable development, associated with it attention to the various interactions of various elements of the environment.
Summing up the results, it was noted that all the reports aroused the interest of the round table participants.
