Meeting with the employer of students of Stavropol State Agrarian University

Students of Stavropol State Agrarian University are in demand in the labor market from the second year. When future specialists begin to practice, many of them consider further employment in the company, and later become valuable employees. One of the companies that are strategic partners of the university is the Miratorg holding.

A meeting was held between Olga Safoshina, manager on personnel selection from central office of "Miratorg" holding in Moscow and students of faculties of agrobiology and land resources, mechanization of agriculture. The meeting was held in the format of online presentation.

On the part of the Stavropol State Agrarian University support was provided by curators and mentors: Department of employment of graduates and its head Alexander Yurievich Gunko, Department of organization and control of the educational process, the head of industrial training - Nikolai Yurievich Hasay.

Miratorg is one of the largest employers in the agro-industrial complex of Russia. More than 33 thousand employees working in rural areas have decent wages and all social guarantees. The number of employees is constantly growing, so the holding is constantly recruiting young students to work in the modern agricultural industry. Moreover, the pay is competitive already at the internship stage.

The following professions are in demand in Stavropol Krai: agronomists and mechanics. The holding owns 6552 hectares in the Georgievsky District for early vegetable production and seed production. This was discussed in a dialogue with a potential employer.
